Delete your Astrovarg account

In the app

1. Open Astrovarg and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Delete account. It is also below Sign out on the Profile screen.
3. Read what will be deleted, tap Continue, then Delete my account.

The account is deleted at once, and the app signs you out.

Without the app

Write to astrovarg.app@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Astrovarg account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days of that, and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• your account and sign-in;
• your profile: name, and date, time and place of birth;
• your saved profiles;
• your questions to VargAnvi, its answers, and your history;
• your packs, top-ups and usage;
• the free-question record of your phone. The free questions are offered once per account and phone, while the account exists, so they are offered again if you sign up later.

What is kept

Only a limited purchase record (product, date, Google Play order number, and its refund status) of each purchase. It holds no name, email, birth details or anything about your phone. It is kept for 8 years, for tax records. Nothing else is kept.

The active records are deleted at once. Copies in our encrypted backups expire within 30 days, and are never restored except to recover from a disaster.

Profiles and reports you saved only on your phone stay on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.

Deleting only some data

You do not have to delete the account to remove data. In the app you can delete one saved profile, one VargAnvi conversation, or your whole VargAnvi history. See also the privacy policy.
