Shadbala (Six-Fold Planetary Strength)

Shadbala measures how much strength a graha actually has to deliver its results, as the sum of six sources: Sthana (positional), Dig (directional), Kala (temporal), Cheshta (motional), Naisargika (natural) and Drik (aspectual). Astrovarg computes all six for all seven grahas from your birth details, reports each in virupas, and compares each planet's total against the classical minimum Parashara requires of it. Sixty virupas make one rupa.
